So apparently I helped Blast win an award at the Flash In A Can Festival in the "Technical Excellence" category for the Battlefield 2: Modern Combat site I worked on. Pretty sweet :P The awards were handed out yesterday. They haven't posted the official results...so I'll just have to trust my inside sources ;)
I'd like to thank God, and the academy...
Dammit, I missed National High-5 Day yesterday.
Reminder: Alias is on tonight (edit: but only if today is wednesday :P )
I just killed a man. Put a gun against his head, pulled the trigger now he's dead. Oh mamma, life had just begun...and now I've gone and thrown it all away...
Damn, Queen is good shit..especially LIVE :)
Paul Rogers did a pretty good job...although I think it would have been WAY better if Robbie Williams took vocals. Paul Rogers is a million octaves too low.
Anyway, they may be old...but they still got mad skillz.

Well...continuing with my new-found talent of having shit break on me, here's another story. This one however is my own damn fault.
So I'm helping my dad cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to install a skylight, and I decided to document the journey. I took a few pics with the good old Olympus C-3030 I bought in Japan. For the last pic I decided to get a shot with me in it. I proped the camera up so I wouldn't cut my head of in the pic...started walking away...realized the angle wasn't good...turned back...and SPLAT! Camera falls 4 feet onto floor. Now, it's a pretty tough assed camera, but the lense is one of those ones that pops our really far and I always knew that was the weak point. If the camera was off, it probably would have been ok, however it was on and the lense was sticking out. Let's just say the lense doesn't really like moving anymore :P
Guess I'll have to get another camera sometime...
