No, I'm not dead :) So, #1, I'm turning off comments on my posts cause I'm getting spam'd like crazy and I really have no major yearning to properly fix it. You can email me with your witty responses!
So, here's what's going down:
- I went to maui at the end of september with my sister and mom for my mom's birthday. It was pretty sweet! The actual act of surfing was not too difficult, paddling past the break on the other-hand is crazy tiring!
- My company got some initial investment money, so I'm going to be getting paid again...wahoo! The investor has also allowed us to share an office, so I'm working on the 12th floor in a building on Pender and Granville. Actually, today I'm working at home, but that's only cause yesterday it took 1hr45 to get downtown and it pissed me off.
- Speaking of home, and commuting pissing me off, I'm moving downtown! I picked up a studio appartment in yaletown. It's on Richards and Drake. It's pretty damn hard to find a place to rent these days. I realized I wasn't the only one having problems after I found this article in the Sun the other day. I should be getting the keys this friday.
