back in business

hey-

now that scott's got the server all patched back up, i thought i'd do a little pre-return post. umm, basically the only important thing is that i just added the email notification feature to my blog (scroll down to the bottom, it's on the left) so now you can have the blog send you an email when i've posted. assuming my computer hasn't blown up from being left 'asleep' for nearly two months (oops), this should be a nice little feature.

other than that, keep posted. my first few weeks at grad school including my new adventures in TA'ing should provide ample entertainment.
